Scott Lipscomb
Founder & Principal

Starting under the umbrella of IT, Scott’s professional experience began with application development and testing and quickly moved into the areas of project, program, and business management.


Scott has provided consulting services to a variety of organizations throughout North America including Fortune 500 companies, British Columbia ministries and Crown Corporations, oil and gas companies in Alberta, and medium sized businesses throughout the Pacific Northwest.


Scott holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Prosci Change Management certification, and has previously served on the boards of the PMI Vancouver Island chapter, PMI Canadian West Coast chapter, and the IIBA Victoria.

Jason Schafer
Co-Founder & Principal

Jason has decades of experience as an IT professional. With an education in computer information systems, his career began with web design and web application development and expanded into the areas of business analysis and team management.


Jason has worked and consulted for some of Alberta’s most prominent corporations. He has delivered many high profile solutions including corporate internet and intranet redesigns, financial auditing and approval tracking and standards compliance management.  


His current focus is on helping organizations develop efficiencies around their processes by working directly with business teams to leverage technology that improves their day-to-day operations.
