Scott Lipscomb
Co-Founder
Starting under the umbrella of IT, Scott’s professional experience began with application development and testing and quickly moved into the areas of project, program, and business management.
Scott has provided consulting services to a variety of organizations throughout North America including Fortune 500 companies, British Columbia ministries and Crown Corporations, oil and gas companies in Alberta, and healthcare organizations throughout Canada.
Scott holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Prosci Change Management certification, and has previously served on the boards of the PMI Vancouver Island chapter, PMI Canadian West Coast chapter, and the IIBA Victoria.
Robyn James
Co-Founder
Robyn approaches system design from a different perspective. As a longtime brand & marketing agency owner, she noticed that her clients' strategic recommendations were not always implemented as effectively as they could be; there was often a gap in internal processes. What good is a strategy if the mechanics aren't in place to operationalize it?
